If you have spoken to other celebrants you will have discovered that there is quite a range in the fees charged by celebrants for Naming Ceremonies. I believe my fee is in the middle of that range. In setting my fee I take into account the time I spend with you in the preparation of the ceremony, the drafting of a ceremony for your approval, its conduct at your home on the day, and the sourcing of a Naming Candle if you would like your child to have one. My fee includes travel to venues within 30km of my home, with an additional charge if the venue is more distant.
